Metal organic frameworks(MOFs) are a kind of promising materials in many applications,while the fast and controllable synthesis of MOFs is still challenging.Here,taking HKUST-1 as illustration,a microplasma electrochemistry(MIPEC) strategy was developed to accelerate the synthesis process of MOFs with micro-plasma acting as cathode.Treating the HKUST-1 precursor solution with micro-plasma cathode could not only transfer the electrons into the solution leading to the deprotonation effect,but also generate radical species to trigger and accelerate the nucleation and growth of MOFs at the plasmaliquid interface.Thus,uniform and nanosize MOFs could be prepared within minutes.The obtained MOFs show similar excellent uranium adsorption properties compared with those obtained by other method,with a highly adsorption capability of uranium with 550 mg/g in minutes.The novel MIPEC strategy developed in this work provides an alternative for controllable synthesis of MOFs,and especially has potential application in accelerating traditional organic synthesis.  相似文献

A novel lumazine peptide, aspergilumamide A ( 1 ), as well as a known analog penilumamide ( 2 ), were isolated from the mycelia of a marine‐derived fungus Aspergillus sp. (33241), obtained from the mangrove Bruguiera sexangula var. rhynchopetala collected from the South China Sea. The structure of 1 was identified by comprehensive spectroscopic analysis, including 1D‐ and 2D‐NMR, ESI‐MS, and MS/MS experiments. The absolute configuration of 1 was determined by Marfey's method.  相似文献

β‐D ‐GlcpA‐(1→2)‐[β‐D ‐Xylp‐(1→2)‐α‐D ‐Manp‐(1→3)]‐α‐D ‐Manp‐(1→3)‐α‐D ‐Manp, the repeating unit of the exopolysaccharide from Cryptococcus neoformans serotype D, was synthesized as its 4‐methoxyphenyl glycoside. Two Cu(I) complexes based on the thioethyl‐bridged triazol‐pyridine ligand with tetrathiafulvalene unit (TTF‐TzPy, L ), [Cu(I)(Binap)(L)]BF4 ( 5 , Binap=2,2’‐bis(diphenylphosphino)‐1,1’‐binaphthyl) and [Cu(I)(Xantphos)(L)]BF4 ( 6 , Xantphos=9,9‐dimethyl‐4,5‐bis(diphenylphosphino)‐xanthene), have been synthesized. All new compounds are characterized by elemental analyses, 1H NMR and mass spectroscopies. The complex 5 has been determined by X‐ray structure analyses which shows that the central copper (I) ion assumes distorted tetrahedral geometry. The photophysical, computational and electrochemical properties of L and 5 ‐ 6 have been investigated. The most representative molecular orbital energy‐level diagrams and the spin‐allowed singlet? singlet electronic transitions of the three compounds have been calculated with density functional theory (DFT) and time‐dependent DFT (TD‐DFT). The luminescence bands of Cu(I) complexes 5 ‐ 6 have been assigned as mixed intraligand and metal‐to‐ligand charge transfer 3(MLCT+π→π*) transitions through analysis of the photophysical properties and DFT calculations. The electrochemical studies reveal that 5 ‐ 6 undergo reversible TTF/TTF+?/TTF2+ redox processes and one irreversible Cu+→Cu2+ oxidation process.  相似文献

Diabetes is one of the most prevalent and costly global diseases. For diabetes, frequent insulin treatment and synthetic drugs are very expensive and may cause unwanted side effects. Corosolic acid (CA), a natural product, was reported to be efficient in the treatment of diabetes, meanwhile without induction of anti‐insulin antibodies and obesity. The preparation of CA attracted many researchers in the world. This study investigated the biocatalytic synthesis method of CA from ursolic acid by Streptomyces griseus subsp. griseus 4.18. LC? MS analysis demonstrated that 5 day, 125 μg/mL substrate, pH=9 and 10% strain concentration were the appropriate conditions. It is estimated that biocatalysis will contribute to the development of green and sustainable synthetic processes with less time‐consuming and more environmentally friendly.  相似文献

We describe a sensitive and selective biosensor for the environmental metabolite 2-hydroxyfluorene (2-HOFlu). It is based on electrochemical impedance spectroscopy and was obtained by assembling a thiolated single-stranded DNA on a gold electrode via S-Au covalent bonding. It is then transformed to a K+-stabilized G-quadruplex-hemin complex which exhibits peroxidase-like activity to catalyze the oxidation of 2-HOFlu by H2O2. This results in the formation of insoluble products that are precipitated on the gold electrode. As a result, the charge transfer resistance (R CT) between the solution and the electrode surface is strongly increased within 10 min as demonstrated by using the ferro/ferricyanide system as a redox probe. The difference in the charge transfer resistances (ΔR CT) before and after incubation of the DNA film with 2-HOFlu and H2O2 serves as the signal for the quantitation of 2-HOFlu with a 1.2. nM detection limit in water of pH 7.4. The assay is highly selective over other selected fluorene derivatives. It was exploited to determine 2-HOFlu in spiked lake water samples where it displayed a detection limit of 3.6 nM. Conceivably, this method has a wide scope in that it may be applied to other analytes for which respective G-quadruplexes are available.

A G-quadruplex DNAzyme based impedimetric biosensor for sensitive detection of 2-hydroxyfluorene using hemin as a peroxidase enzyme mimic was constructed with a detection limit of 1.2 nM in water and 3.6 nM in spiked lake water samples.
